Health is the general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human.
Health also was defined (WHO) as being "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".
Also known as "a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities."
Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, which, together is commonly referred to as the Health Triangle.
There are four general determinants of health including human biologyenvironmentlifestyle, and healthcare services. Thus, health is maintained and improved not only through the advancement and application of health science, but also through the efforts and intelligent lifestyle choices of the individual and society.
My concern here are how could we maintain our health? Achieving health and maintaining healthy is an ongoing process. Effective strategies for staying healthy and improving one's health include in our social activity, hygiene, how we manage our stress and most important...our diet.
My late dad once told me, most of the diseases would comes from what we eat. There's thousands of diseases and seems like the world would face new kind of diseases in future (we've been in war with AIDS and H1N1 already). You could browse most of all the Diseases and Condition here...

Nowadays people concern about their physical appearance, how to lose weight, how to whiten their skins and so on...but without healthy living and healthy eating, those promising weight loss and all won't do any good. So my suggestion... eat right, eat less but with balance diet and sweat your body (go for a jog, sports, yoga etc) at least twice a week will do for you...
